Financial Football 2023 Edition XVI

Join us on Saturday 08 July for the 16th Financial Football Tournament on the fields of FC Abcoude in Abcoude nearby Amsterdam, sponsored by EUREX.

The tournament will be open to teams from firms working in the financial trading industry (including energy and crypto trading!). Every year so far has proven to be a successful, sportive and sunny event and we anticipate a large participation.

The tournament will be played on two half football fields in a 7 vs 7 match. For the rest we follow indoor football rules, hence no tackles, hopefully meaning that everyone will finish the tournament in good health. FC Abcoude installed the latest 'state-of-the-art' artificial field as their main pitch. All types of shoes (studs) can be used on this field except for steel ones. We have checked the quality of the field and we are confident it is extremely well suited for this tournament.

The sponsors of the event will be announced shortly. The whole event is taken care of, including lunch, beverages, buffet, medical care and a special children's day care. We do however need to ask a contribution from the teams. The fee for this year is set at EUR 650.
