Seaborn has reached another milestone for the Seabras-1 Cable. The final splice has been made and the project is now on the home stretch. The main significance of this is that this means that the project is still on target to reach a live date in August.
On day one this is unlikely to change the markets massively, but in time this should provide more options and choices at lower latency which is likely to have an impact.
